1. Introduction

By using SuperTemplate you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms

This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the SuperTemplate platform or create an account.

3. The Service

SuperTemplate provides a SaaS starter platform with production-ready templates, integrations, and tools including authentication, payment processing, AI capabilities, analytics, and more. Depending on your subscription plan, certain features and usage limits may apply.

4. User Accounts

You may sign up using your email address, a magic link, or an OAuth provider (such as Google or GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SuperTemplate only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Resell or redistribute the platform itself without a valid license

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you create using SuperTemplate. By using the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process that content as needed to provide the service. AI-generated outputs are subject to the respective AI provider's terms of use.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via our payment processors. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Downgrading your plan may result in reduced access to certain features or usage limits.

8. Disclaimer

It is not warranted that SuperTemplate will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

SuperTemplate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the service or email. Your continued use of SuperTemplate after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and SuperTemplate as a result of your use of these services.
